Description

Hermann Oak® saddle skirting leathers are the most popular choice for custom saddle makers. The leather carves superbly and stamps to an incredible depth. The firm leather easily moulds and forms to the seat when wet. The clean flesh accepts oil evenly to the desired degree.

Tanned in the USA since 1881, this leather is vegetable tanned in a traditional pit-tanning system and used world-wide to craft quality saddles and tack.This leather is supplied by the side. The size of each side can vary, so to give you the best value for money it is priced per square metre. The final cost of your leather order may vary according to the final size of the side/s which can be confirmed when the leather has been selected.

This leather is rolled and packed into large bags for delivery. Due to the size, delivery must be made via courier (it cannot be sent via post).
